do I need to pay duties and taxes for international orders?

any orders delivered outside the uk may be subject to customs duties and taxes. any additional charges on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier and modu is not responsible for paying these

what is your uk & international returns policy?

you can return any brand new product for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure the item is packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. we also recommend you obtain proof of postage

do you offer a warranty?

modu offers a 2 year warranty on all products from the original purchase date. this warranty covers manufacturer defects such as the watch parts not functioning as expected and if we are at fault we will replace your product for free. the warranty does not however cover general wear and tear, water damage, flat batteries, scratches and any accidental damage caused by the customer. modu won’t accept any warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive use or misuse. please keep hold of your purchase receipt as you will be required to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim

is my watch waterproof?

all modu watches have a water resistance of 1 atm which means they are protected against accidental exposure to water; for example, splashes, perspiration or accidental immersion. however please ensure you keep away from water, as damage caused by water is not covered as part of our warranty

how long does the battery last?

our watches have a battery life of approximately 2 years

how do I change the strap on my watch?

all modu watches feature a quick release interchangeable strap that allows you to change your strap without the need for tools. slide the lever in the direction of the arrow to release the strap or to reattach the watch case


how do I adjust the length of my steel mesh strap?

open the clasp on the buckle and lay the watch on a flat surface

place a flathead screwdriver or spring bar tool in the square slot and lift this piece away from the strap

slide the adjustable buckle along the length of the strap to the desired position

to lock the buckle in place, press down the piece with the square slot back in the direction of the strap
